Quote Turnaround Time: We will always endeavor to provide you with a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your request. Properly completed submissions will result in faster turnaround times.
Multiple Broker Quote Requests: Should more than one broker ask for a quote on the same account we will only provide a quotation to the first broker who asks, or a subsequent broker with a signed letter of appointment. Should it become apparent that certain brokers are asking for quotes only to block markets, we will no longer honour those broker's priority and will advise them accordingly.
Ethics and Honesty: As every broker knows, full disclosure of all the facts and details of a risk are essential both for the proper insuring of the risk as well as the proper assessment of the premium. Guardian only deals with brokers who subscribe to this basic philosophy.
Sub-Broker Contracts: Guardian will provide quotes to brokers without a contract, but in order to finalize the relationship, Guardian requires a signed brokerage contract which outlines the terms of payment and other normal contractual aspects of the relationship. Guardian deals with a select group of approved brokers, but are pleased to consider new brokers at any time.

Binding Authority: As with all wholesale or specialty markets, sub-brokers have no right or authority to bind risks on behalf of Guardian or its insurers. Coverage can only be bound by notifying Guardian, preferably by email, that Guardian's quote has been successful and requires binding as of a current or future date you specify.
Privacy Policy: Guardian Risk Managers operate on the understanding that you have obtained permission from your client to share their business or personal information with insurers and wholesalers in your quest to market their account. Information collected by Guardian Risk Managers is kept in confidence and is not shared with any outside source, except in the placement of insurance or in the handling of a claim.
