Guardian can handle most standard types of building and contents risks, and are pleased to place this sort of business on a stand alone or subscription basis. Stand-alone buildings, or contents only policies are welcome. Landlord type accounts are considered very desirable. It is simply impossible to list or anticipate every possible risk that Guardian Risk Managers is willing to consider. If you have a particular type of account that you are having trouble placing, feel free to contact us. Keep in mind, our programs are for commercial business, and with the exception of vacant or rental dwellings, we do not offer personal lines policies of any kind at this time.
